Refund policy

At Bennex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an eligible product, please make sure your request is raised within the timelines mentioned below.

Returns

• Return requests must be submitted within 5 days from the date you receive your order.
• To initiate a return, please use our Return & Exchange page.
• Products purchased as part of combo offers are not eligible for return.
• Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, you can choose from the following refund options:

Store Credit
Receive 100% of the product value as store credit, with lifetime validity. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on Bennex without any deductions.

Refund to Original Payment Method
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited to the original payment method where applicable.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
• To request an exchange, please use our Return & Exchange page.
• Once the exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within approximately 5 days.

Please ensure that returned or exchanged products meet Bennex's applicable return conditions. Products that do not meet the required conditions may not be accepted.
